Built for repeatable bracing
A lifting belt works best when it gives your trunk a firm surface to brace against. Position it around the midsection where it does not interfere with your ribs or hips, take a full breath into your torso, and create pressure around the belt before beginning a heavy repetition.
Quick-lock adjustment
The quick-lock buckle is designed to make setup simple between working sets. Tighten the belt enough to create firm contact while still leaving room to breathe and expand into it. A belt that is excessively tight can make effective bracing harder rather than easier.
When to use it
You do not need a belt for every set. Warm-ups and lighter work can remain belt-free while heavier squats, deadlifts, and similar strength movements are where many lifters choose to use additional bracing feedback.
Fit and use
This listing is currently offered in Black / Medium. Check your own midsection measurement and comfort before training, and use the belt only where the fit allows normal breathing and controlled movement.

Department: TRAIN / GEAR
A lifting belt is a training aid, not protective equipment. Use appropriate technique and load selection.
