Returns & Refunds

At Enduring Dominion, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, merchandise generally must:

Be unused and in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
Include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included materials when applicable.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an Enduring Dominion order number.

To begin a return, contact us at enduringdominion@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not return merchandise to the address shown on the original shipping package or send merchandise directly to a manufacturer or supplier unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Enduring Dominion works with multiple fulfillment partners, and the appropriate return destination may differ depending on the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at enduringdominion@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Photographs or video showing the issue when applicable
Photographs of the shipping package when shipping damage is involved

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return for health, hygiene, or safety reasons once opened or used.

These may include:

Opened grooming and personal-care products
Opened supplements, nutrition products, or consumables
Other hygiene-sensitive products
Gift cards
Digital products after access or download, except where required by law
Products clearly identified as final sale

If you are unsure whether a product is returnable, contact us before opening or using it.

Nothing in this policy limits return, refund, cancellation, or warranty rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error or the merchandise arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Responsibility for return shipping will be communicated when the return is authorized.
